Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio
hunk of plastic in soup
i suffered an injury that resulted in me breakin my front teeth&loose teeth.i coldnt chew.few days later is where is begins,i decided to get a bowl of soup from mcdonalds& there was a hunk of plastic in it. i gaged made a mess, and had to pull it out from my swollen healing busted mouth. i called healthdept, manager&supervisor. they gave money back&coupon. i feel this is more serious than a cpl $ coupon.it was scarey and painful to pull out.I was very lucky to even pull it out! i'd like to pursue sueing them for pain and suffering at a time like this.do u have a perspective on how i can go about this or if i have a case&need a lawyer.thanks for any input for i dont know where to turn.
