Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

My husband was in a no fault accident. The passager in my husbands car placed claim against our insurance. We know passager was not injured. Is there anything we can do?

You can tell your insurance company what you know and ask them to deny the claim. Beyond that, it's up to your insurer to decide.
