What should i do because i was in a car accident and the party at fault insurance's company hasn't contacted me (i Was the passenger)?

This is the point where you find a lawyer, because he won't charge you to prosecute your case and only take a portion of what you ultimately receive. Contact an attorney. He will handle everything and take the stress off of you in dealing with the insurance company. An attorney is likeley to get you a better settlement too.
