Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Liability at neighbourhood community pool

Our homeowners association has a neighbourhood pool which is not supervised by a lifeguard. We have a board of rules posted which states you swim at your own risk. There is a minimum age of 14 to come to the pool unsupervised. Currently, we have rule which states that you must be 18 to accompany children younger than 14 to the pool. We would like to change it so that the minimum age to accompany children under 14 would be 16 as opposed to 18. As it is a private swimming pool and the swim at your own risk is posted, would we increase our liability by lowering the age limit to 16?

Thanks for your help.
