Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

A local newspaper published an article congratulating my wife and I on the birth of our baby. However, we have only been married three months and are infuriated that it is now public that we had sexual relations outside of wedlock. Do we have a case against the paper?

If you are thinking about defamation, the answer is no. Truth is an absolute defense.

If you are considering something like publication of private facts, I see a problem in establishing that the birth is a private fact since it is a matter of public record.
