massive chemical pesticide exposure

refile suit april 2003/suppose to have a trial date set

on july 9, 2004...received a call no trial date set due to

defendant filing a summary judgement motion. what is this

and why wasn't a trial date set?

The other side has made a motion with the court to have your case dismissed without a trial. If you don't convince the court that this motion is wrong then the case will be permanently dismissed.
