Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

was in a MVA approx. 3 yrs ago. I have neck and lumber issues. Have been seeing Dr.'s all this time. I found out 1 1/2 ago that i have issues seen on an MRI. I retained an Attorney. We are going to court at the end of the month. Pre-trial is this week and I found out, not by my attorney that they have given 2 offers. He denied the first one and told me by law he had to tell me. Since then the 2nd came across and again didn't tell me. This person was not allowed to tell me, and i am going to ask him about it at pre-trial again. The insurance company has said they can't get him to call back or send the proper info about bills and payouts for all the claims. Can i fire this lawyer and if i do , what will be the reprocussions?

You can always fire your lawyer. He works for you, you don't work for him. If you have a good reason to fire him the court will likely grant you additional time to retain new counsel. If your lawyer is not communicating with you and not updating you on your case you need to find someone you can trust and who is responsive to your needs. As a last resort you can always fire your lawyer and dismiss your case (provided this has not already been done before) and refile it with a new lawyer within one year.
