Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

net,gross,or hourly

Hi my name is--name removed--and I was in a car accident and im trying to figure out my total wage loss. I'm a waitress and I know I can claim my tips either by adding 15% to my weekly pay check or do an average weekly, but do I use my hours,gross pay, or net pay.

Get a calendar and fairly estimate what you think you would have made based on what you were making at that time. Write in the amount for each day and add it up.
