Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

i am having a party with a couple of bands playing, and I was wondering if it is illegal to charge $3 for people to get in to watch them. there will be no alcohol or anything like that just good clean fun. also i would like to know if i am still liable for injury if i put up signs that say �not responsible for accidents or injury�

If someone gets hurt they can try to sue you no matter what signs you have, but putting them up is still worthwhile. Charging is ok as long as it is not for alcohol. You need a permit for that. Contact me directly if you need
