Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio
Recreation & Sports Equipment corporation sells a product that is capable of seriously injuring consumers who misuses it in a foreseeable way. Does this firm owe an ethical duty to take this product off the market?

Ethical duty in business really? Of course they do but I'm sure they won't take it off the market until someone gets hurt and they get sued. Typically a civil judgement in a products liability lawsuit is all that gets a company's attention. A complaint to the consumer products safety comission mught get some results.
