Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

I WAS SHOPPING IN WALLMART AND WAS STOPED AT DOOR WHEN LEAVING AN TOLD THAT I STOLE AN ITEM AT THE STORE AND WAS BACISLY SLAMMED AGIANST THE WALL THAT MADE ME SEE STARS AND GAVE ME A MINOR HEAD INJURY BUT I HAD NOT TAKING ANYTHING AND NOTHING WAS FOUND AND I WAS ARRESED FOR ASALT BECACUSE I TOLD THEM TO TAKE THERE DAM HANDS OFF ME I HAVENT TAKING ANYTHING.AND I FEEL THAT I AM THE ONE THAT WAS ASALtED AND WAS INJURY

CAN I SUE WALLMART
