Re: Slip & Fall Injurhy

If you have suffered additional injuries, you will want to contact an attorney regarding represenation. In slip and fall cases, it is sometimes hard to recover because you need to show that the owner of the premises had or should have had knowledge of the dangerous condition and that the dangerous condition was not open and obvious to you. You may also want to contact the restaruant manager or corporate office of the restaurant to see if they have MedPay available on their general liability insurance coverage. You may make a claim for this to help pay for any medical bills you have incurred. If you need further help, please contact me at 614-464-4644 or contact another attorney of your choosing.

If it was raining outside and there was water on the floor you should have known that it was wet.
