Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

snow removal

if i clean snow from my sidewalk and somebody slips because i didn't remove every trace of snow am i more responsible than i would have been if i didn't remove the snow?

This seems to be a local thing in which city laws might require different things. I need to know what city you are in specifically to give that advice. Each city seems to have its own approach.
