Re: Soft tissue injury from nofault motorvehicle accident

I am not sure what you mean by "no fault." If the police did not charge the other driver with an offense, that does not mean that it was not the driver's fault. Or do you mean that the accident was not your son's fault?

Your son is a minor so any claim that he pursues would have to be through his parents. When he turns 18, he will be able to pursue the claim on his own.

He should be able to get money damages for his injuries, pain and suffering, lost time from work, and the cost to fix his car. There may be other damages that I can not determine without more information. In any event, it would be a good idea to talk directly to an attorney.

I have been handling injury cases for 34 years and would be happy to discuss this with you in more detail if you give me a call. There is never a charge for a telephone or office consultation in injury cases and no obligation. If you decide that you want me to assist in recovery of damages, my fee will be based on a percentage of the amount of money paid by the other party. If there is no recovery, then there is no fee.

Give me call. No charge and no obligation for a confidential conference!

Good Luck.
