Can I sue a major bar/restaurant chain for overserving my husband alcohol which resulted in his death in a fatal car accident shortly after he left the bar?

No. Ohio does not recognize a claim on behalf of the tavern customer. There are claims against the tavern if an innocent bystander is injured by the intoxicated customer but no claim for the customer.
