Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio
I had a surgery performed on my back in sept. 2009, and the doctor wrote a statement on why he felt i needed the procedure.'but the court needs him to clarify what exactly he said and he has been very unresponsive.
what can i do to get him to clarify hi responses for the courts.

If you have an attorney involved in the matter, he can issue a discovery request. Or if the doctor refuses to answer and comply, he can subpoena his presence in court. Talk to an attorney, it sounds fairly straight forward issue that lawyers encounter regularly.
