who is the tortfeaser in a 3 car accident
A van hit a car which was then forced into my car. The van driver was cited by police. Van was company vehicle and van driver was employee and insured by the owner of the van, a dba business. Who do I sue and who is liable. Also is the driver of the car who was forced into my car any way liable?

It is likely, given the facts as you related, that the van driver is the liable party. However, an investigation must be made as to the actual incident, and the possibility of other liable parties. Also, Uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage is many times a factor in these cases. Check your own policy for your coverage.
