Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Will they settle? Or allow it to go to court?

My question is what the company we have a lawsuit against take this to court or settle out of court? What do you think? The company accepted full negligence and said it was their fault totally. This retail place is a huge nationwide chain. In their establishment I received a broken neck, partial brain damage (Scar tissue on the brain) Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, nerve damage, Post concuscion, brain injury, stress, migraine syndromes. All diagnosed by neuro & other doctors. I am 24 yrs old (Female) I cannot have kids because of this. I am married. What do you think this retail establishment has in mind to do? In or out of court?

I can not really say without knowing all of the circumstances of your case. If it is a stong case for you and your damages are all medically related to the accident at the establishment, it may be in the best interest of the company to settle.

On the other hand, if they feel that your injuries are not a result of their negligence, they may take it to a jury.
