Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

I witnessed a manager of a fast food restaurant of using a bathroom without washing his hands and then returning to work, this has had a tramatic affect on me, I am Bi-Polar and had to see my Psyc doctor and am now on a special medication because I cannot eat out anymore. Can I legally file suit over this.

No. He owed no personal duty to you to wash his hands. That, coupled with the fact that this probably happens all the time, as disgusting as it is, leads one to say "get over it".

Also, everyone knows that fast food is unhealthy for you. What better a reason to cut fast food out of your diet.
