Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

work related accident

I was injured at work three years ago and had to fight workers comp to get surgery on my shoulder. the surgery was done the 30th of july, and yesterday I learned that while I have been off on medical leave the company has done away with my job. Is this legal?
