Add wife to house title

I am getting ready to refinance my home (currently only in my name)...should I add my wife's name to the title? I realize she has dower rights...any benefits to adding her?

It is hard to answer your quetion without more information but there could be some advantage to putting her name on the house as joint tenants with right of survivorship. This would allow her to avoid probate and would be easier for her to deal with any mortgage on the property.
