Can a alien on H1-B, buy or invest in property in Ohio

I think my Heading, asks the question itself. I am an alien on H1-B in the state of Ohio Cincinnati. Can I invest in a property, say an Apartment?

Sure. You don't need to be a citizen to invest money here.
