Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

An ambulance company next to my home is planning to base a helicopter from their property. The helicoper will be landing and taking off on an emergency/ as needed basis. What are my rights as a neighbor as noise pollution/ air pollution/ safety issues etc.? This is a residential neighborhood and we are concerned about the safety of our families.

This could be a zoning issue. You should check with the zoning officer in your city to see if a commercial use like that is permitted in a residential neighborhood. Beyond that, you could consult with a local attorney to see if a nuisance action could be filed on your behalf.
