Apartment lease

My daughter signed a one year lease for her apartment. She is now pregnant and has to move home (2 hours away) for school and child care and my husband is giving her a job in his office. I need to know if any of these reasons could be grounds to break a lease.

Without seeing the lease, I cannot say for sure. It is likely the lease is still binding, unless pregnancy or job change is specifically provided for in the lease as a reason to terminate.
