Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Do we have an appeal case?

We took a case to small claims court, the previous owners of our house, did not disclose an $1100 problem with the house. They knew about it and the judge even said so, during his judgement, yet he did not hold them responsible. There were a number of other comments he made, which were incorrect. We feel, this was an easy case of non-disclosure, and that we should have won. The judge did not hold the previous owners, nor the inspector responsible. What more can we do? And what can we do so that the judgement goes in our favor? (I know there is no guarantee!!)

Small claims appeal

You can appeal a small claims judgment to themunicipal or county court in which it wasrendered. If you have a one-judge court, a visiting judge will be called in to hearyour appeal. There should be little, if any, extra expense other than the cost of thetyped transcript of the small claims trial.
