Does my aunt have any rights

My aunts boyfriend died in September and she lived with him. There was no will. Now His mother is wanting to evict my aunt from the only memories she has left of them together their home. What can she do?

If the home was in the boyfriend's name only, and there was no lease, the person receiving the home from his estate has the right to possess or sell the property. Your Aunt has no rights except per his will or a lease.
