Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Bought a house 1yr ago. We have found an under slab water leak. The old owners an realtor had to know. House was empty for 3yrs. Inspector found nothing. Do the old owners have to disclose this when selling. What can I do?

Sellers must disclose any defects of which they are aware. Did you receive a disclosure statement from the Sellers before the closing?
