Breech of contract by mortgage broker
I am wondering if I have a case against a mortgage brokerage that handled the mortgage on my recent home purchase. I was told that the interest rate would be 7.50% and two days before the scheduled closing I was told it would be 9.25%. The closing was scheduled for March 1st and was then delayed by two more weeks. This caused me quite a few problems. The mortgage brokerage then promised to pay my moving expenses and the rent I had to pay during that two week period and to this day have not sent it and will not respond to frequent phone calls.

You may want to discuss this with the State of Ohio Department that licenses Mortgage Brokers.
