Not generally. Quite a few costs can go into the cost of transferring property. They can include the title search, preparation of the deed, real estate agency commission, pro-rated taxes, etc. If you are working with a title company, I suggest you ask your contact person there. Or simple call a title company exploring what the charges might be.
