Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio
No contract
How do I evict someone living in my extra house where we do have a signed contract. The utilities and everything are in my name. I've recieved no money since Sept. 25.

First you must serve the statutorly mandated 3 day notice. After the 3 day period, not including weekends, you may file an eviction. If you have any further questions please feel free to call me.
