deed name change
my first husband died seven years ago i did not have his name taken off the deed.now married again i want the name of this husband on deed how do i go about this name change?

It depends on how the property is titled. If the deed is with survivorship, you need to record an affidavit with a death certificate. If the deed is not with survivorship, you need to open probate proceedings.
