Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

how do i get the deed in my name when it is currently in my deceased mothers name but my name is also on the deed. it says ETAL

I'm not sure what "etal' refers to. Two documents need to be prepared and filed. An Affidavit of Survivorship that shows your mother passed away. The second is a Transfer on Death Designation Affidavit. My firm would be happy to assist.
