Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

A default judgement of $11,000+ has been ordered.

The money is being recovered through wage garnishment and the garnishee is planning to file bankruptcy; can that debt be included in the bankruptcy? In other words, can they get out of paying what the court has ordered? Thank you.

In a word, yes. That debt is dischargable under most circumstances.
