Developer continually ammending deed restrictions

The developer of the neighborhood we just built in has amended or revised the Deed Restrictions 3 times since we bought here. Each time, they are revised for his benefit. We bought under the premise of one set but now must live under the rules of another set. Can he legally do this?

The deed restrictions that were in place, are the deed restrictions that affect you. For the developer to change YOUR deed restrictions, you would have to agree. You should seek legal assistance to see what the document is that is actually being changed.
