who can draft a deed?

Who may draft a deed for property transfer? do you need a law degree to draft and record a deed? Can I do it all myself?

An attorney, or the owner of the property, if an individual. Some counties will accept deeds prepared by the officers of entities (corporations, LLCs), others will not.
