How do I go about evicting a drug user and how long will it take to remove him from the premises

As long as you have reasonable cause to believe that he's using illegal drugs on the premises, you can post your 3 day notice on the door, and file the eviction action 3 days thereafter. You must allege violations of ORC 2925.
