forced to sell

3 people own a home, 2 of the 3 want to sell. What can we do to force the other person to sell and how long does it take?

Re: forced to sell

You need to file a partition action to force a sale or buyout. It takes several months at a minimum if it is contested. The time to complete depends on the court docket in the county where the property is located.
