It will depend on how delinquent you are in your payments and taxes, what other claims have been filed against you, in addition to what you can afford to pay to "catch up"?

Contact an experienced real estate Attoreney to assist you. DO NOT contact or trust these "Workout Specialists" who little else than take your money and do nothing.
