Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

I gave a real estate agent 3000 deposit on his own home. The title is full of leins and judgements that he didn't tell me. Now that he knows that I know, he won't return my calls or my money. He was trying to sell the house cheap with all the leins against it.

If he is licensed, report his actions to the real estate board or an authority that is listed on his card. You should be able t sue as well. The law requires that in any home sale there be full disclosure on the property.
