Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

My girlfriend and I just recently broke up. I charged for her computer on my credit card to get financing but now she refuses to pay me (about $400) or give me the computer. What should I do?

File a small claims complaint in the municipal court. They usually have a form for it and it's usually under $75 for the filing fee.
