Co habitate

If a person co habitates for a 12 year period and the partner dies with no provisions in the will, is there any legal recourse to claim equity to any properties or estate?

About all you can do is sue the estate, and try to recovery the value of your material contributions to the estate. It would be an extreme longshot.
