Can a single mother with 3 children ,one w- a disability, have their home reposes ed and be evicted if behind and unable to make house payments. How long does the process take? and what rights if any do I have?

Foreclosure can take several months, depending on where you reside. You need to contact legal aid in your county ASAP regarding your rights and available assistance.

The facts you set forth will not stop a foreclosure.
