Home Inspector E&O Insurance

Was trying to sue my Home Inspector fo Negligence and he filed BK. Now I can't sue him do to the stay put on by BK court. How do I submit a claim to his E&O insurance claiming this? They have denied the initial claim. What can I do to get some sort of judgement showing he was negligent?

You must file a motion for relief from the automatic stay with the bankruptcy court where he filed. If you have not filed the civil action, do so immeditely, and inform the court of the bankruptcy proceeding.
