Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Inhereited home

My dad died 4 yrs ago..left me his home. I am married with a 22 yr old. I wanted the house put in my name with agreement that it went to my 22 yr. old if something happened to me. My husband has rights to stay here until he dies. The lawyer put the home in my name & my 22 yr. old. I want her name off of it...due to irrisponsibility. What is best way to put the house. Should I have my husbands name on here...What if something happened in our relationship. Daughter is in agreement to remover her name

Re: Inhereited home

Step one is for your daughter to quit claim her interest to you. You then control the property, subject to your husband's dower interest. Your next step depends on what you would want to happen with the property if you were to die in the near future. Once you decide, you cand be given appropriate advice.
