Land Trusts

I am looking for information on the use and creation of land trusts; in particular, I am evaluating the use of land trusts as an asset protection tool for individual clients. Any help that can be provided generally or even direction to pertinent reference material would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

You ask a very technical question that raises a lot of potential problems. It would be my suggestion to contact counsel to prepare the paperwork so that it is done properly.

A trust can be a good devise in the proper situation.
