landlord tenents

my renters just got cut off from section 8 assistance. they have not paid rent for april. how do i get them out asap. i have someone else interested in the house

You must follow the rules for an eviction. This starts with serving a three day notice to leave on the tenants. This notice must contain specific language advising the tenants to consult an attorney if the need assistance understanding the process. When the tenants do not move, you then file an eviction complaint in the municipal or county court serving your geographic area.
