law suit ?
can I sue my mortgage co. for providing false information to the courts. In a forclosure ? Company stated that they had not recieved a mortgage payment for over three(3) years. and when I produced my receipts. they requested a new court date. the reciepts reflected over $41,000.00 in payments beyond what the mortgage co. stated.

Dear Inquirer: Your attorney should have already addressed this IMMEDIATELY to the Court, or consider filing a separate civil action in your behalf against the mortgagee (Lender). The conduct of your mortgage company is unforgivingly deceptive, warranting dismissal of the foreclosure as a sham.
