Is there a way to get out of my lease?

I'm biuying my first home and will be leaving my apartment before my lease is up, I heard that there is a clause for first time home buyers. Is this true? If not is there anyway to break my lease legally? I'm only leaving it by 2 months.

To the best of my knowledge, ther is no law allowing you to get out of a lease early in order to move into your first home.
