Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

I left my clothes, fish tank, and other personal items and valuables at my girlfriend's house; however, she will not allow me to return to her house to regain possession of my property. Because the property is in her house, by law, are the items considered to be hers or are the items still legally considered to be mine? Would I be permitted, by law, to contact the police so that I can get my stuff back?

Yours. Call police (non-emergency #) and ask them to escort you onto the property at a mutually agreeable time in order to regain possession over your items.
