We are not legally married but bought a house together and are seperating how can I have his name removed from the loan, or can I?

Dear Separating: You must obtain the permission and written consent of the lender (bank or finance company) to do so. And, it is quite likely the lender will want you to pay a penalty for doing so. You may wish to consult legal counsel. Good luck. Sincerely, J. Norman Stark
